The village of the towers
Noli, ancient maritime republic, is divided between the coast with the sea of a dazzling blue and the cliffs that are the passion for the rock climbers of half of Europe. Of the 72 tower-houses that stood out in the 12th century, 8 remain today, including the 33-meter municipal tower.
The village, characterized by alleys, loggias, lively squares and small shops full of focaccia, overlooks the beach with a beautiful portico similar to the Genoese "Ripa" di Caricamento. Under the palm trees you can buy fresh fish sold by fishermen just returned from the sea.
